This travel plan allows you to visit Lake Titicaca traveling on board of a Tourist Bus that will take you through the Route of the Sun visiting places of great interest such as the Chapel of San Pedro in Andahuaylillas, Wiraqocha Temple in Raqchi, La Raya , and Pukara Museum. Arriving in Puno in the afternoon to settle in Hotel.
The next day we continue the trip to Lake Titicaca and visit the floating islands inhabited by Uros natives and then continue the trip by motor boat to visit Taquile Island inhabited by natives who are dedicated to weaving and agricultural activity. At noon we have the typical lunch in the home of the natives of the island.
In the afternoon we board the motor boat back to Puno. At the Night is the return to Cusco by Bus (seats 160°) from Puno to Cusco.

ITINERARIO:
Day 01: Tour Route of the Sun from Cusco to Puno + buffet lunch
6:30 am Pick up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer to bus station.
7:00 am Bus tour through the “Route of the Sun” visiting towns and archaeological sites such as: Andahualillas – Chapel of San Pedro (Sistine of America), Raqchi (Temple of Wiracocha), Sicuani (lunch), La Raya (4.335 masl), Pukara (Lithic Museum). Arriving in Puno at 5:30 pm and transfer to (Hotel in Puno).
Day 02: Tour lake Titicaca Uros and Taquile islands + lunch.
7:00 am Pick up from Hotel and tour Lake Titicaca visiting the Uros floating islands made of reeds (totora), where we will have the opportunity to walk on the island and receive information about culture of the Uros natives. Optional: ride on reed rafts (pay to natives). Afterwards we continue our trip to Taquile Island located in the extended part of Lake Titicaca. Upon arrival to the island we start the walking tour along the path up to the village and see diverse landscapes and presence of natives who feel proud to preserve their traditions and customs that remain in time.
At noon, we have a typical lunch in the native’s home. Then we continue the walking tour to get the other side of the island where we board our boat back to Puno. 5:00 pm arrival and transfer to the center of the city.
At night Bus transportation (seats 160°) from Puno to Cusco (or transfer from Puno to Juliaca Airport).
